ALTERATIONS & RETURNS

Each Kaisha Design Studio piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. As our pieces are made to order, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been confirmed/completed.

Any concerns regarding fit, alterations or finishing must be communicated within 1 month of delivery. We will be happy to assist with eligible alterations during this period.

Please note that requests made after 15 days from the date of delivery will not be accommodated, including requests for alterations, refunds or other adjustments.

We encourage you to inspect and try your outfit upon receiving it so that any required alterations can be addressed within the stipulated timeframe.
